In recent years,Inner Mongolia is in high-speed economic growth.The extensive mode of economic growth exacerbated the contradiction between the ecological environment and enterprise development. The pressure of ecological environment was increased. Today, residents and the government pay close attention to the current environment problem.China Construction Bank, as an important source of business capital in Inner Mongolia, seems quite necessary to control capital from source and promote green business enterprises. By this means, the green credits can help to solve the problem of contradictions between environmental and business development in Inner Mongolia. Not only is China Construction Bank on the initiative to undertake the obligations of social responsibility, but also on the effective control of their business risk.Green credit has been carried out abroad nearly three decades. Most major financial institutions have joined the green credit for the goal of "Equator Principles" agreement. In China, the Environmental Protection Administration, People's Bank of China, Banking Regulatory Commission jointly issued "The views on the implementation of environmental policies and regulations to prevent credit risks" in July 2007, marking the first year of formal entry into the green credit.China Construction Bank has always been concerned about the environment and climate issues over the years.The concept of environmental protection was throughout the enterprise operation, management of credit and the various activities.Inner Mongolia Branch of China Construction Bank, which has the largest regional bank loans, bears an important economic and social responsibility. However, the development of the green credit business in recent years is relatively backward. So it is necessary to keep the pace of the industry at home and abroad, vigorously carry out the green credit business practices. This article first carries out introduction of green credit at home and abroad, then uses ecological economics, industrial economics and public economics to analyze the status of the implementation of green credit in Inner Mongolia Branch of China Construction Bank in depth. By the research of difficulties and problems it encountered during implementation of green credit from banks, government, business three angles, the analysis of their causes and solutions to this problem and future development proposals are eventually given in the last conclusion part.
