Study On Lean Production In TV Manufacturing Process

K Company is mainly engaged in LCD modules,LCD TV,flat panel display,new display,digital television and related components of the product research and development,production and sales enterprises.Since 2013,the abolishment of previous government subsidy on domestic electronic products in county areas has also brought great influence in the industry.In the face of K Company's embarrassing situation in relation to double decrease of revenue and profit,reducing production cost has become the most rapid way to get K Company out of trouble.Lean production can be implemented through many ways of tools,but this paper is mainly aimed at interpretation on five basic concepts in relation to the production automation,TPM(total productive maintenance),on-site improvement,using the value stream to identify waste,and equilibrium rate.The third part of the paper is aimed at illustrating how K company use the five tools through examples.K company has been committed to establish the company into an intelligent,automated production plant.The on-site improvement proposed an improvement activity,focusing on employees' separate small ideas,to create nice atmosphere of improving.The last is the improvement on production line balance rate,starting from the location arrangement and time study,to improve line balance rate on manufacturing lines.The fourth part of the paper mainly introduces the application of MES management system in company K,and expounds the main functions and characteristics of MES,which setting up a two-way feedback environment that makes people,machine,material,method,ring and various aspects all get into monitor and control,and be able to pass the execution result to the MES system,enabling managers master the production situation in a timely manner.Since K company implementing lean production,a great deal of the waste in the production process has been eliminated.It also made its contribution in reducing staff,material resources,waste of resources and staff labor intensity and in improving equipment utilization rate,and finally achieved the purpose of reducing the production cost and improving production efficiency.
