Study On Methods And Technologies Of Manufacturer Outbound Logistics Outsourcing Planning Based On RICPC Mapping

The purpose of manufacturing enterprises to choose logistics outsourcing is to reduce the enterprises operating costs,to enhance the enterprises competition force,to satisfy customers' needs and to promote social development.Outbound logistics influences the integration of external resources by meeting the needs of the enterprise logistics and pushing the remaining productive forces into the logistics market.Outsourcing has became a trend and research hot topic both in logistics industry and academic.But there are till many challenges with the trend of demand diversification,service integration and innovative leading,the innovation of logistics outsourcing and the organization of the scheme.Subsequently,the challenges result some important issuses on the planning of outbound logistics outsourcing,which including the guidance absence in theory,difference and feature lacking in main contents,and unmatched diversity in service requirement.Based on the theory of logistics outsourcing,transaction cost theory,core competence theory and third party logistics demand theory,by analyzing the innovation and development trend of logistics outsourcing with investigation and data collection,both at home and abroad,the problem of how to gain a manufacturer outbound logistics outsourcing planning based on the mapping of service requirement is studied.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The method for manufacturer outbound logistics outsourcing planning based on RICPC mapping.By analyzing the characteristics and compiling scope of the manufacturing enterprises outbound logistics outsourcing,the structure of RICPC mapping is proposed.The RICPC mapping structure includs the mapping between the outbound logistics outsourcing requirements of the manufacturer and the analysis index for service,the outbound logistics outsourcing requirements and the business control point,and the business control point and the business procedure.Then,based on the RICPC mapping structure,the compilation framework,main contents,steps and main points of the outbound logistics outsourcing planning is designed.(2)RICPC mapping analysises in manufacturer outbound logistics outsourcing planning.Based on the compilation framework and main points of the outbound logistics outsourcing planning,methods and technologies of manufacturer outbound logistics outsourcing planning is studied,including the outbound logistics outsourcing requirements collecting and data acquisition,outsourcing requirements mapping analysises,the control point analysises and process design of outbound logistics outsourcing service,as well as the outbound logistics outsourcing service operation optimization.(3)Empirical case.T company was choiced as an example with the application of the proposed ideas,methods and technologies for manufacturer outbound logistics outsourcing planning.From the practice results,compared with the traditional logistics outsourcing planning program,the proposed methods and technologiesmethod for schemes of manufacturing enterprises outbound logistics outsourcing based on RICPC mapping is more scientific and efficient.To a certain extent,this is conducive to the logistics outsourcing program to solve the lack of theoretical guidance,the content of the lack of differences and characteristics and the difficulties in matching the diversified logistics outsourcing service requirements.
