The Research On Pnsion Management In China

In recent years,China's population aging process is accelerating,the aging situation is very serious,and the population structure is seriously unbalanced,and for young people,the burden of providing for the aged gradually increased.At the same time,the vast majority of foreign countries are also facing the same population structure imbalance and population aging.In this context,how to support the elderly has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world,the issue of pension management has increasingly become the focus of academic research at home and abroad.The paper mainly uses three methods,including the method of comparative research,literature research and normative analysis to explain the main body of the paper.The thesis is divided into six chapters to study the issue of China's pension management.It has expounded the origin of pension and its development history in the overseas,and has combed the history of China's pension management.And then the paper focus on the main problems of China's pension management,it analyzes the existing problems from three aspects: the raising of pension,the payment of pension and the pension income and then analyzes the specific reasons for each problem.Then is the analysis of typical national pension reform case,the paper selects the United States,Sweden,Japan and Chile as the reference objects,through the analysis of the typical characteristics of pension of the four countries,and through the combing of historical development of pension management,we get implications of pension management.How to manage the pension and how to formulate the policy is particularly important.It matters to the stability of the society and the smooth running of the economy;it really concerns the strength of the government's management and the strategy of governing the country.Based on the study of China's pension management,we hope to play a positive role in the reform of China's pension system.
