Supplementary Research On Commercial Pension Insurance To Pension System From The Perspective Of Game

In recent years,the living standard of our people has improved significantly,and people's basic requirements for life after retirement have also improved.At the same time,the acceleration of the aging process of the population has caused a serious burden on the society.The establishment and improvement of the endowment insurance system is closely related to every citizen's life,so it is urgent to improve the commercial endowment insurance system which plays an important supplementary role in the endowment insurance system.It has become the most important task to explore the ways and methods of commercial endowment insurance participating in social endowment insurance.Based on the existing research results,this paper discusses the game relationship and strategy choice between the group of policy holders and the group of insurance companies from the perspective of relevant stakeholders in the commercial endowment insurance market through the evolutionary game model.The results show that the government should improve the relevant system and strengthen the supervision,and strive to promote the development of the commercial endowment insurance market.The policy holders and insurance companies should also actively respond to the call of the state.Through the behavioral strategy adjustment,the policy holders,insurance enterprises and the government can get the maximum benefits,so as to achieve the coordinated development of the commercial endowment insurance market.At the same time,through the systematic analysis of the parameters that affect the choice of game strategy,this paper shows that the active development of commercial endowment insurance business by insurance companies plays an important role in promoting the development of commercial endowment insurance.Finally,using the analysis results of the model,this paper gives some suggestions on the government supervision and policy-making,the construction of insurance companies and the insurance awareness of the policyholders.
