The System Optimization And Application Research Of Remote Cost Control Management In Power Supply Enterprise

Remote cost control is an important technological means in promoting the marketing lean management level,is a new launched marketing mode in increasing the recovery rate of electricity charges,reducing the risk of electric power marketing management,speeding up the remote cost control application in each power supply bureau and each county power supply enterprise,implementing marketing prelude to the ground.Both power supply enterprises and electricity customers are full of expectations.Since electricity charge recycling has always been a problem of power supply enterprise marketing work,relying on remote cost control and other technical means to reduce the repeated simple collection work and promote quality service is an important direction of the power supply enterprise reform.According to the CSG,Guangxi cost control relevant technical standards and Guangxi power grid measurement automation system technology,and combining the extension of Guangxi Power Grid Co.,Ltd.remote cost control technology application with developing a research on the remote cost control system optimization and application,this dissertation takes GL Power Supply Bureau remote cost control technology application as the background.This thesis is mainly divided into four parts,First of all,we introduce the remote cost control management framework starting from the construction target and technical architecture.The second part introduces the operation situation and existing problems of remote cost control system,then we optimize safety protection,metering device,technology test,equipment installation,project acceptance and operation strategy to solve the above problems.The third part introduces the general situation of GL Power Supply Bureau,the application background of remote cost control technology,remote cost control empirical research content,actual application situations and effects of remote cost control taking GL Power Supply Bureau as a research subject.The reality shows that remote cost control system achieves the following effects:enhancing the level of lean management of electricity tariff recovery,providing a unique intelligent electricity tariff management service,reducing the cost of electricity tariff collection,the fund recovery risk and interruption duration through a period of using time.Then we propose some improvement directions such as implementing exception-handling normalization,upgrading the main station system to strengthen the construction of data security and further promoting the quality of service.At length,we summarize the conclusion and promotion value,and propose that remote cost control management is a brand new copying,checking and charging pattern within the scope of CSG.The technology is a successful lean management of electricity charge recovery in the application of practical work.This paper deals with the whole process of investigation,research,design and application of remote cost control technology.It has a certain reference and drawing lessons role for the municipal power supply bureaus and the county level power supply enterprises remote cost control managements and constructions under the CSG company system.
