Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Vegetables Professional Cooperatives In Macheng City

With the transformation of the rural market economy,agriculture is gradually onto the way of marketization,industrialization and specialization,which makes it possible for the occurrence of specialized farmers cooperatives.Specialized farmers cooperatives can connect small farmers with big market and it also promotes the increase in agricultura l production and farmers' income.Besides,the existence and development of specialized farmers cooperatives have practical significance in building modern agriculture and a new socialist countryside.Our demand for the quality and safety of vegetables has been upgrading day by day because vegetables are eaten as necessities for daily life.Thus,the development of the vegetables professional cooperatives is of great importance.This paper analyzes the current development situation,problems and suggestions o f the vegetables professional cooperatives in Macheng.So it has practical guidance significance to more efficient development of vegetables specialized cooperatives in Macheng.At present,it finds out that the quantity of vegetables specialized coop eratives increases fast and the typical demonstration runs well.This paper has field research on two typical vegetables specialized cooperatives in Macheng and analyzes the survey data with empirical study.And then it conclud es that there are several problems in the development of vegetables specialized cooperatives in Macheng at present.Firstly,the cooperatives are small and development mode is simple.Secondly,low personal comprehensive quality.Thirdly,government support is weak.Fourthly,insufficient propaganda dynamic.Fifthly,management anomaly and low service level.Sixth,cooperatives are facing the financing difficulty.Rested on the problems above,there are five proposals.Firstly,to perfect systems and standardize internal management.Secondly,to step up publicity efforts and increase its impact.Thirdly,to enlarge government support and optimize development environment.Fourthly,to strengthen the construction of specialized cooperatives.Fifthly,to reinforce pilot study and cultivate ty pical examples and build its own brand.
