Farmer cooperatives are mutual economic organizations of democratic management and spontaneous organizations in accordance with the principle of voluntary. It has great role for promoting agricultural development, increasing the income of farmers and the new rural construction. Vegetables professional cooperatives are developed on the basis of the farmer specialized cooperatives, and is an important part of farmers’ professional cooperatives. In recent years, vegetable professional cooperatives in Qingzhou city develop rapidly. The numbers are increasing and the scale is also expanding. However, large scale and wide coverage of vegetable cooperatives are few. There is still a big gap from the cooperatives of developed areas from the scale, coverage, system and provision of service. This leads to unable to play the role of vegetable cooperatives and farmers get little benefit, which severely limits the vegetables professional cooperatives to promote the vegetable industry in Qingzhou city.Based on the summary of the present research situation in domestic and foreign professional cooperatives, through the investigation on the current situation of vegetables professional cooperatives development in Qingzhou City, the paper finds out the development present situation and the existence question vegetables professional cooperatives in Qingzhou City, analyzes restricted factors restricting the further development of vegetables professional cooperatives, and puts forward countermeasures to promote the vegetables professional cooperativesThis paper is divided into six chapters; the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is introduction. The chapter mainly elaborated the research background, the research goal and the significance, domestic and foreign agricultural cooperatives research current situation, research contents and methods and research innovations.The second chapter is vegetables professional cooperatives theories. The chapter elaborates farmer professional cooperative relevant concepts, and introduces the basic principle of farmer specialized cooperatives, function and operation mode.The third chapter is vegetable professional cooperative situation in Qingzhou. The chapter mainly introduces the development status of vegetable industry in Qingzhou City, development status, main types and characteristics of vegetable professional cooperatives.The fourth chapter is the existing problems and restricting factors of the development of vegetables professional cooperatives in Qingzhou city. Firstly the chapter analyzes the main problems of the development of Qingzhou vegetable cooperatives, mainly includes operating without norms, the mechanism is not perfect; the organization construction ability is weak, the radiation power is not strong; vegetable cooperatives and their members interests loose association; the quality of personnel is not high, lack of management personnel; scientific and technological content of vegetable products, low added value, low brand awareness is not strong; cooperatives of low coverage,lack of attractive. Then, from the external mechanism to control two factors analyzes factors which restrict the development of Qingzhou vegetables professional cooperatives constraints and internal mechanism.The fifth chapter is countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of vegetable professional cooperatives in Qingzhou. Combined with the practical situation of Qingzhou, the paper puts forward the Countermeasures for further development of Qingzhou city vegetable professional cooperatives. Mainly to improve the cooperative management mechanism, standardize operation; the scale of development, improve the radiation vegetables professional cooperatives with power; vigorously strengthen the brand construction, improving the added value of products; step up publicity, strengthen training, improve the management and members of the quality of vegetables; to explore the vegetables professional cooperatives diversification development form;improve the policy support system, increase policy support.The sixth chapter is the conclusion. The chapter summarizes the whole thesis, and puts forward the problems and future direction.
