The sales staff are becoming one of the most important human resource in terms of the development of the insurance company.Whether the ability of its sales team members to perform adequately,will directly affect the company's market performance.But,Some typical problems to the sales staff,like frequent job-hopping and low work efficiency have a negative impact on the competitiveness of insurance market.It's a difficult problem for the managers of the company to be solved urgently that how to effectively motivate the sales staffs The effective salary system maybe the best way to motivate employees do it.Therefore,Scientific and effective salary incentive system must be established necessarily to motivate the sales staffs and unleash their potential and creativity..This article is based on the motivation theories combining with the enterprise human resources management.The salary system design is a critical technology in the chinese insurance hunan branch's sales staff to contact the insurance management present situation,from the sales salary management system of the management system,the salary structure design,the market competitiveness and the attractiveness of the compensation,analyze the company's sales salary management and salary incentive of specific problems and their causes.On the basis of drawing on advanced experience from home and abroad,optimizing the existing salary incentive system for sales staff,improving the system of performance evaluation and increasing the long-term incentive have been taken to further desige the insurance sales salary management system.Finally,the implementation of optimization plan was discussed.The results show the effective management of marketing team for the company and further arouse the enthusiasm of the sales staff and creativity to provide experience for reference.It is of great practical significance to better attract sales talents,use sales talents and retain sales talents to create more brilliant achievements.It is also expected that the research of this paper will provide some reference value for insurance company.
