To occupy the market and create profits is the main business objective of enterprises,and sales is the key link in the operation of enterprises.Salesmen's performance directly affects the realization of sales goals.In the era of market economy,talent,as the key resource of enterprises,has become the fundamental source of interests of enterprises.Industry attaches great importance to the role of human resources in the development of enterprises,and then puts forward higher requirements and goals for human resources management.Salary incentives are the most direct and effective way to attract talents and retain talents.At this stage,JY food company because of the management concept of management is relatively old,the current employee salary system has problems,causing sales staff to slack,a large number of outstanding talent loss and other conditions.To stimulate and improve the enthusiasm and initiative of sales personnel,to retain and attract more outstanding sales personnel,has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current JY company's management and development.Based on the theory of demand level,double factor theory and equity theory as guidance,this paper analyzes and studies the current salary system of JY company by using the methods of questionnaire,literature research,summary and induction,and summarizes the existing problems and reasons.The current salary system of JY company has low salary level,unreasonable salary,lack of incentive,single welfare type and low satisfaction of salesman.According to the in-depth analysis and related theory research,the author thinks that JY company lacks the scientific and perfect salary system of sales personnel,unreasonable position setting and lack of attention to human resource management,which leads to the mismatch between the current salary system and the development of the enterprise.According to the characteristics of salesmen,we design a scientific and perfect salesperson salary system.Briefly summarized as follows: JY company should first carry out post analysis and evaluation;secondly,according to the staff's qualifications,ability and other fixed salary,design the basic salary based on post and seniority;again,scientifically designperformance assessment,add long-term incentive performance;finally,improve the welfare of sales staff,and improve the career development road of sales personnel.The salary system that we hope to design can effectively motivate salesmen's enthusiasm and creativity.JY food company helps human resources management level go up to a new level,to maintain and enhance the strength and competitiveness of enterprises,and enterprises are making steady progress in upgrading and innovation.JY company is a production and marketing integration enterprise in the growth period.The problems existing in the salary system of its salesman exist in many enterprises in the same industry.Therefore,this topic is of certain reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry.
