Research On SOA-based Cost Information Integrated System For Project Manufacturing Industry

Globalization, intellectualization and sterilization are the development of manufacturing industry in the new situation. Project Manufacturing is able to flourish because of meeting the requirements of the service. Using project management to coordinate the company's operations, its feature is that the project is produced in one off. Cost and benefit are the key points that most enterprises pay attention to. Reducing cost and increasing effects require companies to integrate information resource. Due to cost information is scattered in project bidding, product design, project production plan, production and product delivery and maintenance and so on in the different systems, project manufacturing enterprise need to integrate decision applications such as cost information and make a decision of price etc.Kunming A group corporation as the background, its automatic logistics system of manufacturing process is used for research object in this thesis. Because cost information of various phases in project manufacturing is managed by different application systems, the characteristics of cost information is scattered and isolation and cost accounting is always lagging activities. According to this problem, based on the theory of life cycle cost and SOA, and the technology of information integration, the method of collection and integrated cost information was designed. The ultimate aim of establishing integrated system which makes the cost information in real-time is to realize the integration of cost information in enterprise.On the basis of introducing the cost information, Life Cycle Cost, SOA and its core technology, the method of integration and implementation of project manufacturing cost information integrated system was proceeded a more in-depth research. The stage of project manufacturing of the enterprise was divided by using WBS. Life cycle cost process model was built which use the IDEFO model. According to different stages of core business attributes of materials, labor and cost, cost information structure was analyzed. According to the relationship between the product realization, cost information classification was researched. Analyzing the information flow of existing application system of the enterprise, corporate cost information integrated model was established. Using the SOA integrated technology, the enterprise system integrated framework was established, and the logical framework of cost information integrative system was constructed on the basis of constructing platform. Integrated cost information system and enterprise isomerism application system, arrangement storehouse structure of cost information receive storehouse of cost information system, research the relationship between cost information. Finally, a simple cost information integrated system was developed, and the financial relevant cost information in the ERP system was integrated, which realizes the function of inquiring cost information according to the project phases and cost type. It provides certain reference for the project manufacturing enterprise cost information integration.
