Study On The Development Mode Of Financial Logistics Under The Background Of Transformation And Upgrading

With the development of logistics industry,financial logistics came into being,which aims to provide financial services for the logistics industry,such as financing,settlement,insurance and other related services.It was proved that the effective integration of logistics and finance has played an active role in supporting the circulation of commodities and promoting the reform of circulation system,and has gradually become an important business content of the domestic banking industry.Logistics enterprises,customers and financial institutions are the three main bodies of the financial logistics,and the funds needed by the customers are jointly financed by logistics enterprises and financial institutions.In the practical sense,the main body of financial logistics has a very urgent practical demand for financial logistics development.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the development mode of financial logistics in the context of the transformation and upgrading,and promote the development of China's financial logistics industry.Firstly,financial logistics of domestic and foreign related researches were reviewed,sorting out the foreign financial logistics development mode and the domestic logistics finance development present situation and the basic facts,which is the foundation and starting point.Secondly,through the study of domestic logistics finance development mode,the logistics finance is the main party to carry out various forms of financial logistics business for reference,and comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various financial logistics development mode.Then,from the cause and foundation of obstacles to analyze financial logistics development under the background of the transformation and upgrading,and to understand the current development of China's financial logistics difficulties.To verify the effectiveness of the new mode of financial logistics,analyze the case of financial logistics.Finally,this paper demonstrates the countermeasures and suggestions for the healthy development of China's financial logistics under the background of the transformation and upgrading.
