The Relationship Of Economic Development Mode Transformation And Industrial Structure Upgrading

In recent years, with the pace of economic growth accelerating, the extensive mode ofgrowth issues become more prominent, the pressure on resources and environment isgrowing, not only affect the short-term development, more importantly, will seriouslyrestrict the sustainable long-term development. The unreasonable conditions performanceof industrial structure is also very prominent which lower the utilization efficiency ofeconomic resource, finally the quality of economic operation and efficiency is hard toincrease. It also seriously restricted the transformation of economic development mode ofTianjin city. This paper concentrates the problem, integrate the transformation andupgrading of the industrial structure with the transformation of economic development, onthe basis of research results of domestic and foreign scholars, the author has researched therelationship between the transformation of the optimization of industrial structure andeconomic development mode, and take Tianjin as an example, from the perspective of lowcarbon economy development mode based on the relation of the two, make the empiricalanalysis, at the same time, the combination of low carbon economic development mode ofBaoding city experience were studied, indicating how to optimize the industrial structureand offer policy recommendations for promoting the transformation of economicdevelopment in Tianjin.The article used the knowledge of Industrial economics, combined with the generalrequirements of the transformation of China economic development, specific to the Tianjinmunicipal comprehensive coordinated sustainable development, by combining qualitativeand quantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis, combined with datastatistics of Tianjin city1996-2011, Baoding city2001-2011, according to the actualsituation of Tianjin city, putting forward the most adaptable ways to optimize the industrial structure and promote the economic development of Tianjin city in the process oftransformation of economic development mode, as well as the correct strategy ofoptimizing industrial structure and countermeasures.
