Innovation is an eternal theme in the development of a country,a region,an enterprise,or even an individual.In the background of stating a business and innovating,promoting economy by innovationg is an important choice of many countries and enterprises,and open innovation has become an important model for most enterprises to innovate efficiently.A study on the international competitiveness of enterprises of the Lausanne International Institute of management in 2005 showed that the correlation coefficient of the corporate culture and enterprise competitiveness is the highest among several factors(production efficiency,labor costs,0.742;-0.550;the performance of the company,0.892;management efficiency,0.898;corporate culture,0.946).The inward open innovation essence is t to access to the key external resources.However,a company can obtain or not and the efficiency depends on whether this company holds an open attitude or not,which is the openness of corporate culture.Therefore,this article the connotation and function of path focused on the openness of corporate culture,resource acquisition and innovation performance from the perspective of corporate culture,and made network capacity included in the study which has an important theoretical and practical significance for enterprise innovation in the background of open innovation.This paper discussed the influence of openness of corporate culture on resource acquisition and innovation performance from the perspective of corporate culture.Based on literature review on the existing research results,this article constructs a model of the openness of corporate culture as the independent variable,resource acquisition as the intermediary variable and innovation performance as the dependent variable,network capacity as the adjustment variable.I got 250 questionaires through the questionnaire survey.Firstly,I used SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis of the data,and in order to ensure the reliability and validity,I analyzed the validity and reliability of the data.Then made the correlation analysis to ensure that the convergent validity and discriminant validity of the variables were finally.At last,I made a regressionanalysis in order to test these assumptions.The result showed that:the openness of corporate culture has a positive effect on resource acquisition;the openness of corporate culture can directly promote the innovation performance,it can also obtain the effect of innovation performance through resources indirectly;in addition,the network capacity has a positive effect on the relationship of openness of corporate culture and resource acquisition.The conclusion reveals the importance of openness of corporate culture on the innovation performance.From the point of theoretical view,on the one hand the paper broke through the perspective of"openness" based on the open innovation process,it expanded the openness from angle of culture which enriched the theory of enterprise innovation.From a practical perspective,in the background of innovation and development,the enterprises to take the initiative from the outside innovation resources actively which can help improve the efficiency of innovation has become an important way that can not be ignored.This paper tested the impact of openness of corporate culture on resource acquisition and innovation performance from the perspective of corporate culture which provided a feasible strategy for enterprises which are in the dilemma of innovation process.It also provided a theoretical help for the practice of corporate governance.In addition,enterprises were affected by their own network capacities during the process of obtaining the needed innovation resources from outside.Therefore,this paper introduced the network capacity to clearify its effect on process of external resource acquisition which can help enterprises pay attention to cultivating and using its own network capacity efficiently to improve the efficiency of resourcesacquisition.However,there are still some shortcomings in this study.First of all,in the design of this study,although the measurement of variables were based on literature review and analysis,there are still some cases where the measurement design of individual variables were not reasonable enough;Secondly,because the investigation object has certain difficulty to grasp the opening degree of enterprise culture,it needs more questions to be designed relying on the method of empirical research,which will increase the difficulty of data collection greatly.I hope future research can be able to go further at the theoretical level.On the research method,we need to develop and improve measurement table to make a solid foundation for the research in this field.
