Study On The Relationship Of The Characters Of Enterprise Innovation Networks,Resources Acquiring And Innovation Performance

With the development of the trade between countries,global economic integration is becoming more and more obvious,which provides a good opportunity for the rapid development of the world.Due to the fact that information technology become more complex and market changed fast,the development of enterprises is facing severe tests.In order to adapt to the current forms of development,the mode of economic growth has gradually shift to cooperative innovation model form the traditional mode of relying solely on internal resources to achieve innovation.At present,innovation network has become an important form of realize innovation for enterprises.Enterprises obtain and digest the innovation resources needed,such as knowledge,technology and information from other numbers in the network to improve innovation performance.Different ways of embedding in the network affect innovation resource acquisition,thus affect the innovation of the enterprise.On the basis of related research,this paper researches the relationship between enterprise innovation network characteristics and innovation performance in the two aspects of external network and internal network.It constructsa theoretical modelthat the characteristics of enterprise innovation network influence innovation performance through the intermediary function of resources acquisition and absorptive capacity paly a moderating role.Through the questionnaire survey,it collected 239 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS18.0 statistical software,this thesis checked reliability and stability of the test data by conducting reliability analysis and validity analysis,and verified research model and hypothesis by conducting correlation analysis and regression analysis.The result showed that enterprise innovation network is an important way to access to innovation resources.Characteristics of enterprise innovation network,including network scale,network center,network stability,reciprocity,intensity of external network andinternal network,have a significant impact on resources acquisition.Different dimensions of characteristics of enterprise network have the different influence on innovation performance,and resource acquisition paly a partialintermediary role.It also proved that potential absorptive capacity paly a regulatory role in the relationship between network features and resources acquisition.As well as realized absorptive capacity paly a regulatory role in the relationship between resources acquisition and innovation performance.In this paper,it used qualitative and quantitative research methods to verify the relationship between enterprise features,resource acquisition,innovation performance and absorptive capacity.The research results not only enrich the existing theories,but also point out the direction for the future development of enterprises.Finally,the paper summarized the research conclusion,and proposed future research directions based on the shortcomings of the research process.
