The Influence Mechanism Of Knowledge Power Of Core Enterprises On Knowledge Creation Ability Of Industrial Clusters

Core enterprises in industrial cluster possess key technologies and knowledge,at the core of the industrial chain,and have certain cluster grounding,which can build a wide knowledge network and overflow knowledge.The core enterprises mainly regulate the activity of non-core enterprises by regulating the internal and external network relations,driving the upgrading and development of industrial clusters.There is no consistent conclusion about the effect of core enterprises on industrial cluster innovation,cannot explain that the industrial clusters that exist the core enterprises do not necessarily have the phenomenon of high innovation ability.This problem drives us to explore the relationship between them from different scenarios and attempt to open up the "black box" between them.Based on related literatures,this paper integrates resource dependence theory,practice research and learning theory to examines the relationship between the core enterprise knowledge power and the ability of cluster knowledge creation,and the regulating effect of power distance,and the mediating role of network conventions.In this way,The research framework of core enterprise network governance is improved.This study issued by the ministry of science and technology in 2008-2012 five batch of "innovative companies" list as samples,the enterprise technology innovation are frequent,novelty degree is high,can play a role of backbone and leading,can affect the cluster innovation,match with this research topic.We enquired about the address and contact information of the cluster of headquarters and branch offices of the company.and we conducted a survey with some good cooperative relations with some enterprises and management committees and industry associations,among them,the special industry and the confidential industry are excluded,and telephone communication with the remaining enterprises.The data collection mainly adopts the form of direct interview and telephone email.The empirical study shows that the inverted U relationship between core enterprise knowledge power and knowledge creation ability of cluster,and the network routine plays a part mediation between the relationship.In addition,the cluster power distance has negative regulation effect on the relationship between core enterprise knowledge power and cluster knowledge creation ability,and the relationship between core enterprise knowledge power and network routine.Study conclusion shows that the core enterprise of cluster with moderate knowledge power will have a better innovation performance.To ensure the cluster knowledge creation ability effectively promote,the core enterprise should design and maintain a reasonable level of network routine and build a low power distance culture atmosphere.In addition,Cluster power distance have inducement and promoting effect to cluster enterprise interaction and very good explanatory power for power management.It evokes the importance of culture shaping in the management of cluster innovation,and provides new ideas for promoting cluster knowledge creation and cultural values.To increase the cluster’s innovation ability,realize the effective use of knowledge and creation,we should focus on shape of cluster enterprise concept of power distance,abandon the hierarchy,Promote the knowledge sharing and research and development cooperation of enterprise network in cluster,thus increasing the cluster knowledge creation threshold and give play to the core enterprise network governance maximum utility.
