FDI And The Improvement Of China's Manufacturing Innovation Capability

In recent years,the Chinese government has actively introduced FDI,and FDI has made great contributions to increasing domestic employment,exporting and promoting industrial upgrading.China's manufacturing technology depends on importing from abroad,and the trend has not changed substantially.Especially in our country's economy is in the "new normal" situation,part of the industry of excess capacity,land and labor costs soaring,economic transformation and adjust the pressure,the long-term effective solution to the problem is the rapid increase of domestic manufacturing industry in our country's capacity for independent innovation.Because our country enterprise independent innovation ability is the overall level of domestic manufacturing industry is low,the start development later,must use powerful factors to upgrade and improve the external environment,but with China's domestic industry system gradually perfect,the role of FDI is also in constant change,under the new normal form of economy,FDI will to our country enterprise independent innovation ability of what kind of impact is a problem worth thinking and discussion.In previous studies,the FDI to our country manufacturing industry innovation ability the ascension of what influences the scholars are still unable to agree,some people think that FDI inhibits the ability of the innovation of manufacturing enterprises in our country,but some people think that FDI for innovative ability of manufacturing industry in our country as well as the transformation and upgrading of China's enterprises have a positive impact.This article first embarks from the whole,to explore the influence of FDI to the overall innovation capability of the manufacturing industry,because the technology spillover of FDI in different industries,the mechanism and effect of the different,so this article mainly explores the FDI in the innovative ability of high and low innovative ability of manufacturing industry,the differences of the influence of manufacturing industry.The research of this paper consists of five parts.This paper first gives a brief overview on the current situation of FDI investment,this paper briefly describes the selected topic background and significance of topics,and the manufacturing of FDI effects of generalizes the related literature and theory,on the whole,in order to better grasp the article topic and a more comprehensive and profound understanding the influence of FDI to innovation capability of manufacturing industry.Then,this paper has carried on the FDI to our country manufacturing industry innovation ability analysis of the influence mechanism in different industries,in particular,the role of FDI spillover effect and path mechanism,there exists a significant difference,so the role of FDI to the innovation ability of different industry are also different.Innovation ability in this paper,the manufacturing sector as a whole is divided into high and low manufacturing industry innovation ability of manufacturing industry,according to the related theory research and literature analysis to make the corresponding assumptions and relevant analysis by empirical testing.In the process of econometric analysis,this article first has carried on the innovation ability of the construction of measuring system,through the analysis of more than 30 a manufacturing industry,this paper selected the innovation ability and innovation ability of higher ten industry ten industries,low after the metrological analysis was carried out on the manufacturing sector as a whole,the FDI to the influence of the industries with low innovation ability and innovation ability of the difference is analyzed.The empirical results show that the ability of the FDI to the overall innovation of the manufacturing industry has a promoting effect,but in the lower industry innovation ability,innovation ability of FDI into hurt related industries,this may be due to FDI into "excessive competition",but in some high innovation ability in the manufacturing industry.FDI entry for relevant industry has a positive effect to the promotion of innovation ability,improve FDI into the local competitive environment,the high innovation ability in the industry,product update speed,high-speed upgrading technology instead of stimulating the initiative in the enterprise constantly to their innovation ability.Finally,the article according to the empirical results,combined with our country economy's new normal and "the Chinese wisdom to build 2025" grand blueprint is put forward,this paper gives the relevant policy recommendations:the government should aim to improve the enterprise competition and innovation environment,strengthen the guide direction of FDI in industrial investment,improve the research personnel training mechanism,for the enterprise,should increase R&D investment,establish the competitive consciousness,cultivate good enterprise competition atmosphere.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows:first,it increases the analysis of different industries in the manufacturing industry,which reflects the difference in the influence of FDI on innovation capability in different industries.Second,take into account the time lag of FDI's impact on the innovation capacity of manufacturing enterprises.
