With the further deepening of the reform of the medical and health system in China,the circulation link of the pharmaceutical supply chain has been greatly compressed and restructured,and the concentration of the pharmaceutical circulation industry has been gradually improved.The compression of pharmaceutical supply chain increases the instability of the supply chain,and the difficulty of dealing with the uncertainty of the terminal patient market is also increasing.This puts forward higher requirements for the pharmaceutical supply chain,especially the pharmaceutical companies directly connected to hospitals or drugstores,in the areas of drug production,inventory,sales and transportation.Therefore,combined with the development prospect of China's pharmaceutical industry,it is considered that the in-depth study of the transformation of the operation mode of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the dynamic optimization of the operation strategy of the pharmaceutical supply chain are of great practical significance.In the new era of operation decision making of pharmaceutical supply chain,we need to consider all aspects of external environmental factors,internal factors of supply chain and subjective bias factors of decision makers.In fact,the policy-makers of the medical supply chain can not directly draw up a set of operational plans that meet the expectations of all parties through qualitative analysis,instead,it should be quantified from a quantitative point of view of the adaptation of production,logistics,and other job plans to different operational objectives;Thus,a more targeted operation strategy is selected for its own needs,so as to promote the healthier direction of the pharmaceutical supply chain.Considering the operation mode of pharmaceutical supply chain in different targets,combined with the characteristic of operation,set up direct supply mode to maximize the profits and overall service level optimization target for the pharmaceutical supply chain optimization model.combined with model integration,the solution strategy of two models is designed,which includes traditional multi-objective optimization transformation into single objective optimization problem solving and multi-objective genetic algorithm solving,and by taking the M pharmaceutical supply chain as the model application research object,the validity of the model and algorithm is simulated and verified.Finally,by comparing the multi-objective method and the single objective method,we put forward the decision plan for the operation optimization of the pharmaceutical supply chain,which verifies the limitations of the single objective optimization method and the progressiveness of the multi-objective optimization method.
