As a new service mode of agricultural machinery socialization,combine trans-regional operation solved China's contradiction between small-scale peasant household management with mass production and improved the utilization rate of agricultural machinery.It has become a useful exploration and successful practice of the development of agricultural mechanization with Chinese characteristics.With the gradual expansion of the operation scope and the increase in the number of combine,there is a fierce competition in the market of combine trans-regional operation,and combine resource scheduling problem has been one of the main factors influencing the economic benefits of trans-regional operation.In order to guide the rational allocation of combine resource,according to the specific circumstances of the farm and rural areas,the resource integration as the main goal,this dissertation made an in-depth analysis of the current trans-regional operation mode of combine and established a practical scheduling model for the combine trans-regional operation.Finally,the optimal scheduling decision was obtained by optimizing simulation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the current the main three kinds of combine trans-regional operation mode,the order-oriented operation mode organized by agricultural machinery cooperation has become a representative of combine trans-regional operation.On the basis of this operation mode,the paper analyzed the combine scheduling mode and existing problems.(2)On the typical operating mode,this dissertation analyzed the key factors influencing the combine scheduling of trans-regional operation.In consideration of multi-point,multi-type,operation time window and space distance and other factors,this dissertation modeled a multi-objective programming model for combine trans-regional operation scheduling.In modeling process,the high income and low cost,just in time were regarded as the main objectives of the scheduling and the scheduling distance,machinery efficiency,waiting time and other indicators were considered.Meanwhile,the route optimization and job shop scheduling theory were applied.(3)Taking into account the scheduling of combine is a multi-objective programming and NP-hard problem,the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elitist strategy(NSGA-?)was chosen as the base of the model solving.In addition,aiming at the characteristics of the model,the paper designed the algorithm of model solving,including chromosome coding,selection,crossover,mutation and other processes.Finally,the MATLAB programming was applied to solve the scheduling model.(4)Combined with the actual situation of Wu Chang rice harvest operation of Hei Longjiang Province,the scheduling theory was applied.Based on the experimental results,the validity and feasibility of the scheduling model and algorithm were verified.The research result of this dissertation can provide effective decision-making for trans-regional managers or operators and solve the technical problems of agricultural machinery resource allocation.Besides,it provides a theoretical basis for the next stage development of trans-regional operation to achieve the best economic and social benefits and has a long-term impact on the large-scale development socialization service of agricultural machinery in our country.So,the research has important theoretical significance and great practical value.
