People's living pressure is getting higher with the rapid development of modern society,in which they have to work overtime,stay up all night,face with computer for a long time to complete their task.Those bad habits do harm to their health.Therefore,herbal tea has attracted more and more attention because they are good for people's health.This study is focused on the consumption of herbal tea in Yiwu,China.In this study,the consumption behaviors of herbal tea for people lived in Yiwu is analysed through a questionnaire survey.Factors that may have an effect on the consumption behaviors are also discussed,in order to create a factor system which can be easier to be understood.The factor system can also offer selling reference for some companies.This study,which is based on a large number of related researches,combines some methods such as interviews and questionnaire survey with calculations and analysis by using Excel and SPSS17.0.The main factors include the physical,psychological,social and demographic factors.1,The types of herbal tea that people is more likely to choose,the frequency of drinking tea,the spending time on drinking tea and the monthly consumption of herbal tea are affected by demographic factors such as their age,gender and health condition.Social factors such as their degree of education,their jobs,the hobbies of their friends and colleagues,the policy and cultural promotion activities.The monthly consumption and the price of herbal tea have little relationship with the jobs of consumers.People's preference for herbal tea and their demands for drinking tea have an influence on their consumption behaviors.And for those consumers who are used to drinking herbal tea,their degree of preference for drinking herbal tea has a positive relation with the monthly consumption of herbal tea,while it has no relationship with the monthly consumption of herbal tea for consumers who are not used to drink herbal tea.2,In their consumption behaviors,consumers pay more attention to the types,brands,price and the health proving efficiency of herbal tea.The quality of the herbal tea has always been the main concern in the process of market transactions.A more comprehensive quality management and customer service system must be created in the herbal tea industry,which is beneficial to form a strict management of herbal tea quality and after-sales quality.3,Marketing division,individual customization,brand developing,standards making and normative advertising are suggested to be combined to develop the market of herbal tea for related companies.
