The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Sino-ukrainian's Bilateral Economic And Trade Cooperation

Sino-Ukrainian economic and trade cooperation has lasted for 27 years.Since Ukraine's President Viktor Yanukovych took office,Ukraine has promulgated a series of effective measures against China-Ukrainian's economic and trade reforms and strengthened the deep exchanges between the two countries' top leaders.In recent years,with the implementation of the new policy of the Ukrainian state,the economic and trade reform measures have achieved initial results,monetary reform has stabilized,foreign trade and investment market development is optimistic,Ukraine is facing a huge market potential and development opportunities.In recent years,the Ukrainian state has achieved good economic indicators.According to data provided by the Ukrainian news agency:Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Ann Jaresko in 2016 the potential of investment in import and export seminar pointed out that the GDP of Ukrainian in 2016 increased by 1.8%over 2015,2017 is expected to the overall increase of 3%,its main advantages concentrated in foreign trade and import and export products in the field.At the same time,the Ukrainian government has adopted "effective elimination of administrative barriers","streamlining infrastructure" and other effective measures,not only in the field of fiscal deficits to obtain significant results,but also for foreign investors to provide a good investment environment.During the 27 years of Sino-Ukrainian economic and trade cooperation,Sino-Ukrainian 's economic and trade relations have changed in the past.The trade scale is small,the trade structure is single and the trade level is low.It gradually enriches the trade content of the products,rationalizes the trade structure and greatly increases the trade in services,But the overall level of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is still relatively low.Therefore,the two countries to start from the number of investment and trade structure,to stimulate the enthusiasm of the entity for the bilateral economic and trade investment between China and Ukraine to provide a good microeconomic environment.Only by increasing the policy support of our government we can provide a good system and policy guarantee for the economic and trade investment between China and Ukraine,and lay a good foundation for the long-term comprehensive cooperation between China and Ukraine.The main purpose ofthis paper is to analyze the evolution of Sino-Ukrainian's economic and trade cooperation potential,the status quo of Sino-Ukrainian commodity circulation,and to further improve the current situation of Sino-Ukrainian economic and trade cooperation.
