| With the continuous opening of China’s aviation market,the aviation industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce,the airline will face many internal and external environmental changes caused by large and small crisis,the crisis will have a huge impact on the airline business,even to the airline of vital importance.China’s airlines lack quick response ability in the face of crisis.Most of the crisis management is limited to passive response to emergencies,and lack of corporate culture to deal with crises.It has not attracted enough attention to the hidden dangers in business operation.If our airlines want to effectively cope with all kinds of crises,we must increase the crisis management to a strategic level and establish a modern crisis management system so that we can get better survival and development in the fierce market competition.Each crisis itself contains both the root of the failure and the seeds of success.How to understand the crisis,prevent the crisis,and then make a quick response,to achieve the goal of "turning danger into the machine",has become a major concern of all enterprises.In the first part of this paper,we introduce the research problems of airlines in recent years,and introduce the purpose and structure of the thesis,and limit the scope of the research.In the second part,firstly the concept and nature of the crisis and crisis management are introduced,puts forward the crisis management model,and then according to the time sequence of crisis management are introduced and analyzed in detail.Then on organizational behavior and enterprise life cycle and enterprise crisis management crisis management were introduced and analyzed.The third part first analyzes the influence of airlines crisis of natural and social environment factors,from the aspects of industry policy,market competition structure of industry crisis factors,then through the analysis of the airline management,security and financial crisis reveals the airline’s own factors,at the end of the airline crisis were summarized and analyzed.The fourth part analyses the case of the Kunming Airlines security crisis response plan.Finally,based on the above analysis,the safety crisis management of the airline is summarized and recommended. |
