Study On The Management Mechanism Of Food Safety Crisis In China

Food safety is a major issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Ensuring food safety is a livelihood project for the benefit of the people and is the responsibility of the government.At present,China's social and economic development is steadily,and various indicators are at the forefront of the world.A lot of work at all levels have been done to ensure food safety for governments,and food safety supervision is steadily improving.However,in recent years,food safety crisis incidents have occurred frequently,which has brought unprecedented harm to social development and stability.At the same time,it also exposes that the governments have various problems in dealing with food safety crisis incidents.Based on the theory of public management and literature review,this paper conducts a preliminary review of the domestic and international food safety crisis management theory.On this basis,we adopt the methods of experience summary,system analysis,case analysis and comparative study to analyze and summarize,so as to make it become systematic theoretical knowledge,guiding the management of food safety crisis in our government,and improving the government's ability to deal with the crisis.The full text consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods,and puts forward the main framework of the full text.The second part is an overview of the construction of China's food safety crisis management mechanism--taking Hainan as an example,it mainly summarizes the connotation and characteristics of crisis,crisis management and food safety crisis management,and introduces the effectiveness of the current construction of China's food safety crisis management mechanism,so as to provide theoretical support for the writing of the full text.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the food safety crisis management mechanism in China.This paper mainly points out the problems existing in China's food safety crisis management mechanism and analyses the causes of these problems.The fourth part is the experience and Enlightenment of foreign food safety crisis management mechanism construction.It introduces the mode and characteristics of food safety supervision in the United States,Japan and the European Union,and puts forward the Enlightenment of foreign advanced food safety supervision experience.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of food safety crisis management mechanism in China.This paper focuses on the construction of laws and regulations on food safety crisis,the improvement of institution building,early warning mechanism,response mechanism,aftercare:management and evaluation mechanism,etc.,and elaborates the ways and contents of improving food safety crisis management in China.
