The Research On Financial Strategies From The Perspective Of Sustainable Growth

Nowadays,there is a large number of businesses in the country which are pursuing the growth of the sales income.They ignores the problem of its own development ability,which leads to bankrupt.Because of the uncertainty in the market combine with the complexity in the environment,enterprises are faced with huge operating risks.From a sustainable perspective,we need to combine the choice of financial strategy with the sustainable growth.Under this condition,we should pay attention to the function of financial strategy in the enterprise overall strategy.Also,financial strategy owns the characteristics of support,independence,reciprocity and dynamics.It helps enterprises to configure enterprise resource properly.In this paper,the author uses sustainable growth as the guiding ideology of financial strategy.It expatiates the theory of financial strategy,the theory of sustainable growth and the relationship between them.This paper uses the economic added value to measure the enterprise value,and uses with the difference between the actual growth rate and the sustainable growth rate to measure the cash flow.By using the tools of the life cycle and financial strategy matrix model,we can determine the selection.After analyzing the enterprises own environment,we can choose the financial strategy which are suiting to sustainable growth.In this article,we have selected the first Chinese company which listed on the main board of a-shares as the case object—Gigabit.As a national important software enterprise,Gigabit went public in 2017.Firstly,using PEST analysis method to analyze the enterprises macro and external environment.Secondly,analyzing the current state of the enterprise's financial situation so that we can know the enterprise deeply.Finally,combining the theory with practice and analyzing whether the financial strategy chosen by Gigabit is consistent with the sustainable development conditions.The case analysis shows that Gigabit has taken a very reasonable financialstrategy.The research has proven that a financial strategic matrix model meet sustainable development conditions.The enterprise utilized the remaining funds reasonably in 2015,which helped it earn more sales income in 2016.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the value-added cash shortage in 2016,the corresponding financial strategy adjustment is putting forward.Therefore,it is helpful to insist the financial strategy from a sustainable perspective.And it has a certain reference value to the company's financial strategy selection.
