Study On The Impact Of Agricultural Products Logistics On Regional Economic Development In Heilongjiang Province

The "three rural" problem is the key problem of the state and also the focus of the country's work.Attracting more and more scholars' research on the logistics industry,alleviating the problems in the logistics industry,improving the current agricultural situation,and better solving the problems faced in the development of agriculture.The rapid development of the logistics industry,can save the cost for the enterprise,and is known as the "third profit source",therefore,can be learned,in order to better the development of agriculture,the development of agricultural products logistics is very necessary,not only can promote the development of agriculture,but also can promote the development of the regional economy,but also because of this aroused strong concern of the government and society.Heilongjiang is a main grain producing area in Northeast China.The development of agricultural products logistics is of great significance for the improvement of logistics industry and the competitiveness of agricultural products.The logistics industry is a new-type industry,which has been developing rapidly all over the country.Because the agricultural product logistics is relatively extensive,it can promote production and drive consumption level,and it is also the connection point between production and consumption.At present,the international logistics industry is considered to be the artery of regional economic development,and the development level of agricultural products logistics is an important sign to measure the degree of agricultural development.This paper is based on the Heilongjiang Province as the research object,through the analysis of domestic scholars relevant research achievements,the current understanding of the global development of agricultural products logistics and logistics to regional economic research,introduces the research methods and thesis framework content,defines the related concepts of agricultural products logistics and regional economic theory and.This Heilongjiang province economic situation,understand the impact of the economic situation and the development of agricultural products logistics industry on regional economy in Heilongjiang province;from the infrastructure,agricultural products logistics development,the achievements and characteristics of agricultural products logistics needs and other aspects of the development of agricultural products logistics.Select the relevant indicators,agricultural products logistics and regional economy are analyzed,and the use of Logistic model,from the marginal analysis,elasticity analysis,inflection point analysis of three quantitative analysis from the aspects of agricultural products logistics and regional economic relations,suggestions on the strategic development of logistics of agricultural products in Heilongjiang province are given.Through this research,the main conclusions are as follows: mainly research the economic growth of Heilongjiang province from the perspective of "quantity",so this paper selects Heilongjiang Province GDP(GDP),urban residents per capita disposable income of Heilongjiang province(CR),per capita net income of rural residents in Heilongjiang province(NR)as a measure of economic growth index;as this paper is a survey of the development of logistics of agricultural products,this paper selects the agricultural products logistics freight turnover can reflect the status of development of agricultural products logistics(ZZL),total logistics of agricultural products(TLV)and the total cost of the logistics of agricultural products(TLC).We choose 2005-2014 years from the time scale to preprocess the data,so as to avoid putting forward price factors(index reduction method to eliminate price factors)and eliminating heteroscedasticity(logarithmic transformation preprocessing).In the construction of logic of the test data regression model,mainly through stationarity test,cointegration test and Grainger causality test,test results,determine the index,which is Heilongjiang province's GDP(GDP)and agricultural products logistics freight volume(ZZL).The Logistic function model is constructed,and the elastic analysis,marginal analysis and inflection point analysis of the conclusions are made by using the Logistic model.Finally,suggestions are put forward to better promote the role of agricultural product logistics in regional economic growth.
