Study On The Development Model Of Heilongjiang State-owned Farm Ecologicalization

As the strategy of sustainable development and the theory of circular economy to promote, ecological development thinking has come to pervade every aspect of economic development. State-owned farm as the mian of the agricultural economy, its economic development and eco-environmental coordination has already struck deep roots in people's hearts. The traditional way of the farm to develop at the expense of the ecological environment for economic benefit, to stifle the healthy development of state-owned farms. Therefore the state-owned farm shuould update development concept, changed the ecology of the development and promote the sustainable development. This article has analyzed the development present situationan and problem of state-owned farm in Heilongjiang province, unifies domestic and international development experience lesson, provides the appropriate mode of development and protection of countermeasures for the ecological development.Firstly, this thesis analyses the ecological development theory clearly and studied the ecological development practice of the state-owned farms,summing up experience, provide the affordance for the Heilongjiang province ecological development.Secondly, this paper analyses the factors influencing of the ecological development in heilongjiang province, includs natural resources, environmental, social and economic factors and policies, industrial structure and technological factors. This aticle also proposed three models of state-owned fram ecological development, and compare the pattern, for the selection of the ecological development model provides examples.Then, it studies the evaluation of state-owned farm ecological development level, focuses on the construction of evaluation model and the index system based on the analysed the factors influencing of the ecological development. This aticle establishes the grey reational analysis model, then analyses the ecological development level of Chun Lei farm in DaQing and the status and problems which the farm has according to the result.Finally, this aticle proposes some related measures of implement state-owned farm ecological development from the natural resources and nvironmental protection, the government policy and industrial restructuring, technolog and other aspects.
