With the accelerated process of interest rate marketization and the rise of Internet Finance,deposits "off the media" has been accelerating trend.The increase marketed pricing of bank deposits indicates that China’s banking industry has entered a high-cost era and impact the business model and profitability of commercial banks.Compared with the many leading international banks,Chinese banking industry is in urgent need of a large number of traditional low value-added transaction-type network into a high value-added customer relationship management and service network.Therefore,at the end of 2016,H Bank implemented the comprehensive management of the network,multi-functional services,intensive development for the direction of transformation development,self-help wisdom channel and network personnel service transformation as the starting point,created the "unified,standardized,efficient,integration,wisdom" physical channels to promote the bank network to the " three platforms" — product display and sales platform,customer experience and interactive platform,aimed at H Bank customers to provide more efficient,convenient,high-quality services,"man-machine collaboration" transformation concept.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of H bank’s business network operation,then summarizes the successful experience of service marketing of Wells Fargo and Umpqua Bank,summarizes the preliminary experience of domestic banking service marketing,and summarizes the experience of domestic banking service marketing.On the basis of the previous analysis and induction on the H bank outlets how to implement the "man-machine coordination" transformation of the corresponding countermeasures,designed to help H Bank to complete the transition.
