The infrastructure of telecommunication network is an element that matters ordinary people's daily life in one country,there is no doubt it will benefit the growth of its economy.Nowadays,inter-connective is more and more important for the whole world,especially since the "One Belt One Road" strategy has been proposed by China,therefore as one of the infrastructure that connecting the whole world-the telecommunication networks are more and more valuable,meanwhile to study the internationalization of the multi-national telecommunication equipment companies is quite useful and necessary.This thesis will analyze the international strategies of Chinese telecommunication equipment enterprises from the perspective of resource-seeking,try to find the different strategies and conducts between different ownerships of Chinese telecommunication equipment enterprises.This thesis consists of five chapters as below:Chapter One is the introduction,including background of the research topic,methodology,significance and key points of the research;Chapter two reviewed and summarized thesis of the international strategies,market structure,international competition of Chinese telecommunication equipment enterprises from both domestic and international.The third chapter demonstrated the status of Chinese telecommunication enterprises in the global value chain.Try to analyze the internationalization situation of Chinese telecommunication enterprises from annual reports of recent years as samples.Analyze the enterprises in the global-value-chain for a resource-seeking such as R&D,capital,technology,human resources;market-seeking;The fourth chapter is the empirical part.First of all,analyzed the internationalization status of A company.Second,analyzed A company from the perspective of R&D and manufacturing resource-seeking.Thrid,analyzed the marketing resource-seeking of A company from the perspective of S-C-P theory.Last but not least,gave the quantitative analysis based on HHI for the global telecommunication equipment industrial.The fifth chapter demonstrated the conclusion of this article,gave the enlightenment and insufficiency on internationalized resource-seeking...
