Research On The Developing Situation Of Provincial Electricity Market Considering The External Factors

In the face of dynamic and uncertain effects of the external economic environment,in order to correctly grasp the provincial electricity market trends and laws,it is necessary to take all aspects of the external environment factors into consideration.By tracking through the impact on the external environment,accumulating data,timely identifying external policies and incidents affecting the electricity market,risk or opportunity should be identified and the impact also could be assessed and predicted,which could assist the state grid to make operational decisions.In view of the above problems,this paper has carried out research on the influence of external environmental factors on the provincial electricity market,The main contents are as follows:First of all,for all kinds of external environmental data in the provincial electricity market,the season adjustment,standardization and other treatment should be used in the original data,which is helpful to remove and correct the sequence extreme values,and eliminate the impact of uncertain factors,so the data can reflect its real laws.Secondly,based on the thought that many economic and power indicators are classified into the dimension reduction in the external economic environment,the model would be established from the provincial industry and the city.The principal component analysis model is used to build the model of the electricity prosperous level of industries and cities,which could determine the power prosperity of the industry and the competitiveness of electricity consumption in cities.Then analyzing the changing trend and establishing the rules of the type would provide the decision basis for the future industrial adjustment,energy saving and emission reduction.Next,combining the factor score model,the impact of each indicator on each industry,and city can be quantified,which can be achieved through the prosperity index analysis.Then,based on the analysis of the electricity prosperous level of cities,it is found that the result is closely related to the policy of South-to-North industry transfer in 2002.Therefore,the model of the electricity prosperous level of cities is introduced into the gravitational model,which could assess the attraction between the typical cities in Jiangsu,and further explain the analysis of the results through quantitative and empirical analysis.Finally,the main research work which is close to this article has carried on the summary,then the practical significance and application value of the research content is clarified,and the shortcomings and the consummation of the research is pointed out,which provides a reference for further research in this field.
