CON Company ERP Implementation Key Problem And Solution Research

With the rapid development of Internet,Internet of Things,Cloud Computing,Mobile Intelligence and other areas of information technology,and under the circumstances of "Made in China 2025" plan unveiled as well as the increasing need of modern enterprise management,ERP implementation has become the IT focus for many small&medium-sized enterprises in recent years.However,born with the features of great deal of investment,long implementation cycle,relatively complicated system and involving every aspect of business management,all above would generate a lot risk factors which made many enterprises' ERP implementation ended in failure.Based on the theory of ERP,and justified by project management,Nolan model,CMM theory,change management,business process reengineering and optimization theory,together with related theoretical practice of domestic&oversea enterprises' ERP implementation experience and information planning management,also consulting plenty of documents,this paper finally took CON as the object of study on ERP implementation,through detailed analysis to shed light up on the problems that CON encountered and solutions.Moreover,the influencing factors during ERP implementation and control methods were also given an in-depth analysis and research,besides how to define their own information technology phase,ERP implement capability,BPR and requirement change management issues were also analyzed and put forward solutions.In order to keep ERP implementation success,stakeholder management,priority of ERP implementation project and training were analyzed as well.Hope the result of those researches and solutions toward CON Company may provide certain references and lessons for similar enterprises who want to implement ERP.
