Guided by Policies of government and Marketing requirement, Chinese Auto industry steps in “Created in China” era from “Made in China” time, and gets closer to buildingprogram of Global design and development. There’re more pressure and urgent request for Program Management Team of Auto Industry to develop global program. Among the program management of global program, effective and scientific Change management is getting more important. This article analyzes several advanced change management casescurrently used in Auto industry, based on the understanding of characteristics of global program, brings the best management approaches in, and applies on B program improvement.This article starts from the analysis of the influences of changes on the program cost,timing and risks management, introduces Three Key factors of Engineering change management-Personnel Organization, Data management and Working Flow. After analyzing the issues in B program, clarified the Personnel Organization, Data management and Change management Flow chart for global program. Then this article extends the analysis forengineering change control and management via product development life cycle analysis.Set forth the way of managing the change in Program Concept, Definition, Target set-up,Design and Development, Validation of process, Pre-Series production and launch phaseetc. the product development lifecycle phases.Improvement of B program change management will help enterprise to be ready forthe future global program development. In general speaking, study of change management for Global program will help the local enterprises to adapt for the international market, adjust the organization, build the innovation capability, decrease the development timing,get quicker response to market and reduce the program cost.
