Company Y,located in the city of A,was responsible for the maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipment of all the construction of the city's metro group,which was officially established in August 2013.At present,Y company has 7 functional departments,3 production departments and 1,583 employees.As can be seen from the production and operation of Y company and the organizational structure,Y company has the following characteristics:1.Large amount of equipment maintenance.Y company within the scope of maintenance work,only a line of all kinds of devices in a maintenance module is much more than 210 kinds,each module combined equipment more than 2000 units,including the big to 10 tons of ventilation equipment,also has small to home computers like portable workstation.2.There are many types of equipment maintenance.In Y company in the maintenance of more than 210 kinds of equipment,have a high degree of mechanical contact rail,track and other equipment,need a lot of professional knowledge of mechanical,structural knowledge as a basis to carry out equipment maintenance and troubleshooting;There are also buildings automation,comprehensive monitoring and so on completely rely on computer workstation,application,executor and other weak electronic information knowledge to maintain the professional;There are also equipment for the maintenance of the mechatronics,such as screen door,water pump and fan.When carrying out the maintenance work,the professional modules of these large spans require the maintenance personnel to have a professional skill level,and there are certain professional barriers between the maintenance personnel of different modules.The equipment is highly interwoven.Urban rail transit is a technology-intensive industry,and the subway is also a technology-intensive system.The operation of these professional modules in the subway system is not independent of each other,but through various interlocking relationships,communication relationships,etc.In carrying out equipment maintenance work,it is often necessary to work together with other professional module maintenance personnel for maintenance work.Business process reengineering through the enterprise or organization existing fundamental review and thinking process,aiming at the problems,the original business processes underlying radical content of the business process reengineering is: the enterprise by centering on the function of traditional form into a new form of a process-centric,so as to realize enterprise management mode and management mode of fundamental change.In recent years,A city subway has exploded in the form of development.With the development of subway construction in A city,company Y has also exploded.In addition to the high cost of operating a company,this explosive growth has encountered many problems and difficulties that have not been met in the early days of the company.For company Y,both internal and external environments are changing dramatically.The dramatic change of internal and external environment brought Y company is running a lot of difficulties and resistance,in the face of these did not foresee difficulties and resistance,existing enterprise architecture and process management form is too limited,there are even struggling to cope with the state.Almost every day someone complained about the company office transaction process rigidity and complicated degree,complaining about the heavy equipment maintenance operation management process and inconvenience,complained the staff on leave,leave process to bring more inconvenience was busy job.In addition to the drastic changes in the internal and external environment,the company needs to carry out enterprise process reengineering,and the needs of customers are increasingly reflected in the need for the enterprise process reengineering of Y company.As a major business for maintenance of subway equipment,Y company's direct customers are subway owners and indirect customers are every subway passenger.The subway is A new product for city A,and his management and operation are all carried out in the fumble.But with the development of the subway in A city,the owner of the subway has gradually improved the requirements of the equipment maintenance company.The subway passengers in A city have raised their own high requirements for the use and maintenance of equipment.To Y company administrative organization structure and processes,and into the production department organization structure and process redesign,so as to realize eliminating barriers to run the business process,business process to reduce costs,improve the efficiency of the business process.Reengineering is not a quick fix,it is a continuous process.According to Y company is now operating state,and the present internal and external environment of the formulation and implementation of process reengineering,just solve the Y
