Jie Fang Special Truck Branch Company from the carpentry shop grew as a wholly owned subsidiary of FAW,the product is expanded by single CA141 on the products of five strains of sixteen kinds of products;to undertake the design of R & D and manufacturing China First Automobile Group Corporation,heavy truck series product task,has independent right to develop products;R & D,production and sales one of the domestic first-class car manufacturer,and has passed TS16949 quality management system certification review.In the background of the era of great change,in response to the national call of The Belt and Road,reflect the national supply side reform strategy,by adjusting the operation mode of the elimination of backward production capacity and other means to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises,to deal with the new era under the background of new changes in customer demand and the fierce competition in the industry,improve the company management level,the pursuit of the leading industry,based on the the long-term development,enterprise development has become the face of new issues and challenges,enterprises need to further deepen reform and optimize enterprise development strategy to respond to the change of the times.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature analysis,empirical research and analysis method of combining the systematic analysis of the development trend of FAW special car limited company and the status of the car industry,try for FAW Co.,special vehicle division,long-term strategic planning and direction to develop strategy combination reasonable.The opportunities and challenges brought to deal with the change of the times.Jie Fang Special Truck Branch Company make full use of the national strategic adjustment period of external expansion and internal transformation;through themarket segmentation,optimal adjustment of product structure,to achieve competitive differentiation competitive advantage;through strengthening operation management,expand sales channels,lean management,cost control and other means to achieve cost leadership;establish leading technology,product quality,service first-class corporate image,strengthen enterprise internal core competitiveness to consolidate the car industry dominant position,in order to achieve the fundamental purpose of improving product sales and profitability.In summary,this paper analyzed by PEST analysis,SWOT matrix,and the opportunities and challenges of FAW Co.Ltd.special vehicle branch internal strengths and weaknesses and external environment full of detailed analysis,and ultimately determine the FAW special vehicle company should adopt differentiation strategy and cost leadership strategy to improve enterprise the core competitiveness,steadily enhance the level of profit.
