For 30 years of China's reforming and opening to outside world, enterprises at home have achieved great development. All types of enterprises in much degree benefit from reforming, get some living space and limited competitive advantages.The medium-small enterprises in west China, compared with the same scale ones in developed countries, still have giant gaps to be shortened with. And compared with those in coastal and river bank industrial concentrated areas, their comprehensive capacities are still weak. To compete against on the same race-line, in confrontation of tense market competition and rapid-changing consumption trends, how to make conscious of existed opportunities and challenges brought forth by changeable environment, how to positively recognize and evaluate advantages and disadvantages owned by enterprise itself, and to make a scientific effective strategy to avoid dangling rising and falling in world economy, have been an fatal material project to enterprise runners.The research fruits of Strategic Management Theory found adequate bases and guidance for practical solutions. Facing various theoretical conclusions and distinct insights, hereby author, as a MBA learner and manager of enterprise, have much sense of responsibility to apply all theories commanded to practical analysis for the purpose of providing decision makers with clear thinking, so as to help enterprises step out of difficult traps.Therefore, here this paper chooses SX enterprise as the researching target on the backgrounds of International Financial Crisis and May 12 Wen Chuan Earthquake, intended to propose a reference regarding scientific competitive strategy enforcement by methods and thinking of SX enterprise.First of all, this paper initiates methods as PEST Macro-environmental analysis, Michael E. Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT to analyze the key factors in external and internal environmental of SX enterprise, and respectively make evaluation by methods of EFE and IFE, so as to comb clear the SX enterprise's advantages, opportunities, threats and weaknesses resulted from these key factors. Moreover, this paper states causes of four strategies and bases the strategy positioned on. Finally in this paper, strategy enforcement measures are proposed to help SX enterprise obtain its continuous competitive advantages and make its strategy come true. Nevertheless all organs are under rapid changing environment, and that is called Dynamic Environment. In chapter five, some proposals are deliberately considered organization's adaptability to this specific dynamic changing environment for decision-makers to take as reference.Here this paper consists of six parts. Chapter one is focused on backgrounds, researching methods and contents, with researching framework and related theories included. Chapter two is to analyze SX enterprise's external environment. Chapter three is to analyze its internal environment. Chapter four is to provide four feasible strategies and detailed position. Chapter five is to propose maintaining measures to enforce strategy. Chapter six is the last conclusion part.Through analyzing, hereby this paper hold stance of SX enterprise's strategy as differentiated strategy, with the goal as To Be Top International Precision Industry Provider in 3C Core Fields. And 5 material maintaining measures are suggested to make the strategy of SX enterprise be true.
