Anti-fraud Investigation Report On Property Insurance In Hebei Province

In recent years,the insurance industry in Hebei Province has closely followed the work arrangement of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and has continued to deepen reforms,giving full play to the insurance protection function,and serving as a social stabilizer and economic booster.However,fraudulent activities for insurance fraud continue to be prohibited.It affects the daily operations of insurance companies,disrupts the development of the insurance industry,and reduces the social prestige of insurance.The focus of this paper is to conduct a systematic inquiry into Hebei Province’s property insurance anti-fraud practices and issues through field research.The purpose is to promote the Hebei Province’s advanced anti-fraud methods and propose constructive improvement measures to some existing problems.The anti-fraud work in Hebei Province was carried out to achieve the green development of the insurance industry in Hebei Province.The main reason for insurance fraud in Hebei Province is that the opportunity cost of crime is relatively small,and the related mechanism for anti-fraud is not perfect.By perfecting the rules and regulations for anti-fraud management,increasing efforts to punish anti-fraud criminal activities,and establishing and improving an anti-fraud system,it is of practical significance to crack down on anti-fraud criminal activities.First of all,this paper discusses the research background and the significance of the research,literature review at home and abroad,through the investigation of a large number of documents,to explore domestic and international research status of insurance fraud and anti-fraud,and laid the foundation for the next study of this paper.Secondly,the concept of insurance fraud is defined,and the common types of motor vehicle insurance fraud are summarized,and fraudulent cases through property insurance more intuitively reflect that insurance fraud is harmful to others.Third,the relevant situation of Hebei Province’s insurance anti-fraud investigation research,through the field research,to understand the status of the Hebei property insurance market and the anti-fraud process in Hebei Province.In the investigation,the relevant personnel described the practice of carrying out insurance anti-fraud,and demonstrated the specific operations of anti-fraud insurance through actual successful cases.Fourth,through practical investigations,from the supervision department tothe insurance company at three levels,we summarized what problems still exist in the anti-fraud work in Hebei Province.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and measures for the problems existing in the anti-fraud work in Hebei Province.To sum up the whole article,it is necessary to work together in many aspects to solve the problem of insurance fraud,effectively protect the rights and interests of consumers,and promote the healthy development of the insurance industry to return to the essence.This investigation has important significance for the future development of property insurance anti-fraud work in Hebei Province.The practical value of this paper lies in the systematic analysis of the anti-fraud work of property insurance in Hebei Province through field investigations.A comprehensive anti-fraud prevention system is established at the three levels of supervision,industry,and insurance companies,and the anti-fraud work of property insurance in Hebei Province is specified in the future.direction.
