With the advent of the financial crisis of the 21 st century, a variety of competitive Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges, especially manufacturing enterprises. However, how to effectively develop and implement the company’s strategy is a serious problem faced by the managers and leaders of the Chinese enterprises.With Kaplan and David Norton’s Balanced Scorecard inception, through continuous development, it has become a powerful tool for the implementation of corporate strategic objectives and implementation of performance evaluation which is concerned by many Chinese enterprises.The study of thesis is base on case of X Co., Ltd. To build the body of strategic executive in based of Balance Scorecard methodology. It describes the X’s current status and business problems, and specifically to study the significance of ideas and research. Then, it introduced the main ideas and method of the BSC, and provided the theoretical basis for the subject of study. Followed by study in actual construction phase, In base of understanding of the company’s current situation and organizational structure, it investigation and analysis on the X’s strategy readiness in use of the five key principles of the Strategy-Focused Organization. And do quantitative analysis of organizational ability and assessment of the results. Next, enter the project construction phase of the body of strategy execution. This stage as build the body of strategy execution phase of the implementation of the strategy will be divided into four stages.The thesis had summed up some methods on construction the body of the strategy execution, In the current competitive environment, the study suitable for the scale of the enterprise, although there are some deficiencies, but the author will hope to can contribute a little force to the enterprises with management confused.
