Research On The Promotion Path Of China's Scientific And Technological Innovation Cluster

At the National Science and Technology Innovation Conference held on May 30,2016,the academicians of the two institutes and the 9th National People's Congress of China Association of Science and Technology,president Xi pointed out in his speech: "Science and technology are the weapon of the country and require us to have new ideas in science and technology innovation,New designs and new strategies." The the Communist Party of China and state leaders attach great importance to the development of China's scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,innovation has become the decisive factor in the competitiveness of a country.Because of its huge role in promoting regional cooperation and division of labor,innovation cluster has become an important means and policy basis for all countries to enhance industrial competitiveness and innovation capability.With the development of society,high-tech industries represented by electronic information,biotechnology and new materials are developing rapidly.Cluster of high-tech enterprises has begun to attract the attention of governments of all countries,especially high-tech enterprises represented by Silicon Valley in the United States Successful practice and the resulting booming development of the entire high-tech industry have triggered a lot of people's thinking about technological innovation clusters.For our country,although great achievements have been made in the process of industrialization,it is still in the middle of the value chain in the system of international division of labor,mainly manifested in the lack of competitiveness in the high-end market and the difficulty of controlling the discourse in the increasingly fierce international competition right.Therefore,while encouraging scientific and technological innovation,fostering a group of internationally competitive scientific and technological innovation clusters is not only the requirement of promoting scientific and technological innovation at the current stage,thus highlighting the wisdom of China,but also the achievement of our country's surpassing of developedcountriesinscienceandtechnologyandindustry Importantandeffectiveway.Based on the research results of relevant scholars both at home and abroad,this thesis explores the development of science and technology innovation cluster,how toinnovate the scientific and technological achievements,the management of clusters from the point of view of the function of science and technology on economic development as the main entry point,How the workers manage the clusters scientifically and efficiently and other issues,summarize the outstanding development experience from the existing clusters of science and technology innovation in our country,and reflect on their limitations,laying a solid foundation for future development.Specifically speaking: The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the basis of this topic,the current situation both at home and abroad as well as the key point,the difficult point and the innovation point of the related research achievements.It also sorts out the academic research of the science and technology innovation cluster.The second part is the concept of science and technology innovation cluster and its evolution stage,which mainly introduces the meaning of scientific innovation and technological innovation as well as the relationship between the two.It also discusses the elements,connotation and characteristics of innovation cluster.The third part is the related theory of science and technology innovation cluster.This part explains the triple helix theory,growth pole theory,complex system theory and national innovation system theory,which provides theoretical support for the establishment of this paper.The fourth part is an overview of the development of typical science and technology innovation clusters in our country.This part uses the case analysis method to select the clusters of science and technology innovation in Beijing,Shenzhen and Suzhou which have good development in current innovation clusters in our country and make typical analysis.On the basis of introducing the development of innovation clusters in the three places,we have sorted out the development advantages each of the three places has and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations of its development.The fifth part is the existing problems and path of the development of science and technology innovation cluster in our country.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the common problems existing in the innovation cluster of our country and provides some feasible solutions.
