Land space is the place for national political,economic and cultural activities.With the rapid economic growth and the advance of industrialization and urbanization in China,it has present a phenomenon of boundary crossing and spatial overlap in the land space due to the planning of various departments.How to solve the problem of boundary adjustment in conflict area caused by different planning,form a scientific and orderly spatial optimization method has been of great significance to promote “Multiple Planning Integration” and realize the optimal allocation of land space.After studying the existing space optimization model and intelligent algorithm,we improved multi-objective programming model to form the land space optimization model in this paper,which could improve the value of space,reduce the degree of space fragmentation and coordinate all kinds of space.At the same time,we adapted genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally,we combined the two to form the prefecture-level city's land space optimization method.This paper took Yantai City as the research area and calculate the spatial value,compactness and coordination degree of the study area used by the spatial optimization method.At the same time,three scenarios of food security,economic development and ecological protection were set up which can provide solutions for decision makers to carry out the study of land spatial optimization based on three kinds of planning in 2020.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)This article combed the theories and features of different optimization models and intelligent algorithms through the summary of the current method of spatial optimization.By analyzing the feasibility and applicability of various methods applied to the optimization of land space,we selected the optimal methods that are suitable for this study and predicted future research trends.(2)According to the planning of administrative region,this paper selected prefecture-level city as the research scale of optimization method by the analysis of the feasibility and scientificity of different kinds of planning in the study.At the same time,through the combing of existing research about the corresponding unit scale of area,we determined the unit size of 200 m × 200 m.(3)This paper constructed a method of land spatial optimization based on multi-objective programming model and genetic algorithm,and took Yantai City as an example to verify it.The value of agriculture,urban and ecological space increased by 24.02%,29.27% and 6.28% respectively after the optimization,which consistent with planning objectives.In the future,Yantai City will mainly focus on the development of the national economy,promote the integration of urban and rural areas and stick to the red line of ecological protection.(4)This paper set three scenarios of food security,economic development and ecological protection learning from CLUE-S.The study found that the spatial cohesion in the ecological protection scenario was the highest,and the space in the economic development scenario was coordinated and developed.The multi-scenario setting provides an optional program for practical application.(5)The method in this paper deals with the problem of land space conflict,and meet the development needs of regional economic development,regional coordination and group distribution.In addition,the optimization model can be modified according to local characteristics.Research method has strong promotion and applicability,which will help the implementation of “Multiple Planning Integration” in prefecture-level cities.
