The supply side reform of agriculture is to improve the quality and technology content of agricultural products,and to achieve new supply and demand balance relying on agricultural science and technology innovation.In the nineteen major reports of the party,it is pointed out that the implementation of innovation in agricultural science and technology is an inevitable choice to increase farmers' income,improve the living standard of farmers and promote the rapid economic development.Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province and an important commodity grain production base in the country.The innovation of agricultural science and technology in the Heilongjiang reclamation area has played a certain role in promoting the growth of agricultural economy.Based on the theory of agricultural science and technology innovation,based on the collection and collation of relevant literature and ideas,the present situation of agricultural science and technology input in Heilongjiang reclamation area is comprehensively analyzed by the qualitative analysis method from the scale of agricultural science and technology input,the intensity of agricultural science and technology input and the effect of agricultural input and output.On the basis of the theory and present situation analysis,the relationship between agricultural scientific and technological input and agricultural economic growth in Heilongjiang reclamation area is empirically analyzed from the angle of narrow sense agricultural science and technology input,using the Grainger causality test and cointegration test.The results show that agricultural scientific and technological input and agricultural economic growth in Heilongjiang reclamation area exist.In the long term equilibrium relationship,agricultural technology input has a long-term positive impact on agricultural economic growth.The causality of agricultural science and technology input and agricultural economic growth in Heilongjiang reclamation area was tested by using the Grainger causality test.The results showed that the agricultural scientific and technological input in Heilongjiang reclamation area was the cause of agricultural economic growth,but the agricultural economic growth was not the reason for the increase of agricultural scientific and technological input.There is an interactive causal relationship,mainly due to the fact that Heilongjiang reclamation area has not really realized the development of agriculture through science and technology.Through cointegration test,it is proved that agricultural technology input in Heilongjiang reclamation area has a short-term positive impact on agricultural economic growth.According to the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the problems and causes of agricultural scientific and technological input in Heilongjiang reclamation area are deeply analyzed,and the investment of agricultural science and technology innovation funds,the investment structure of agricultural science and technology funds,the investment of agricultural scientific and technological innovation talents,the establishment of an interactive and cooperative system of production,research and research,and the implementation of agricultural knowledge production are also discussed.The rights protection system,the improvement of agricultural science and technology innovation policies and regulations and other aspects put forward to optimize the agricultural science and technology investment structure in Heilongjiang reclamation area,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang reclamation area.
