Research On The Integration Mechanism And Efficiency Of The Information Industry And Manufacturing Industry

This paper firstly analyzes the integration mechanism of the information industry and the manufacturing industry.Try to explore the theoretical basis of the integration of the two industries and expounds the occurrence and development process of the two major industries from the following three aspects: integration conditions,integration motives and integration paths;Secondly,according to the different factor endowment of the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing sector is divided into labor-intensive industries,capital intensive industries and technology intensive industries,classify and calculate the information convergence degree of different factor endowments industries,to obtain the convergence trend of different industries,the result shows: the information convergence degree of the labor-intensive manufacturing industry in our country is low,and the overall trend is downward,the information convergence degree of capital intensive industry is higher than that of labor-intensive industry,in addition to the metal products industry and non-metallic mineral products industry has a slow upward trend,the rest of the industry's information convergence rate is downward trend;the degree of information convergence in technology intensive industries remains at a high level,in addition to instrumentation and culture,office machinery manufacturing,the integration of other industries are on the rise.Then,this paper uses the three-stage DEA model to measure the integration efficiency of the information industry into the manufacturing industry,the results show that in the labor-intensive industries,apart from clothing,leather,down and its products industry,other industries are in the stage of increasing returns to scale and constant returns to scale,and the efficiency of integration is higher;In the capital intensive industries,the efficiency of integration is generally high;The information convergence degree of technology intensive industry is higher,but except the transportation equipment,manufacturing and chemical industry,the rest of the industry is in the stage of diminishing returns to scale,and the efficiency of convergence is low.Next,based on the industry performance as the measuring standard,this paper makes an empirical test on the integration effect of the information industry into the manufacturing industry to draw the following conclusions:(1)The integration of the information industry into the manufacturing industry has a significant promotion effect on the industry performance level of the manufacturing industry;(2)The average size of enterprises has a slight impediment to the performance of industry;(3)The synergy between market openness and industry convergence and the average scale of enterprises failed to meet expectations,they need to advance through the technological progress,organizational innovation,production specialization,including the overall factor productivity so as to enhance the level of industrial performance;(4)The unique property right system of our country has certain influence on the market opening degree.Some state-owned enterprises monopolize the foreign capital to form higher barriers to entry,which is not conducive to the improvement of industrial performance.Finally,according to the relevant theoretical analysis and empirical research,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,which includes:(1)promote the upgrading of information technology,enhance the integration and integration efficiency;(2)energetically develop the information industry and raise the level of information technology;(3)expand the opening to the outside world,improve digestion and absorption and then innovation;(4)relax industry entry control and promote industry convergence.
