Appear in the information economy, information is no longer the capital of the client, but to become an important factor of production or even become a commodity, and become the main source of industrial development and Enterprise core competitiveness, as important factors in the success or failure of enterprise and national decision. Under the new economy, to meet the needs of industrial development, cross-border management of many enterprises, led the industry marginal fuzzy, or even disappear, new form of industry, scholars call "industry convergence".Integration and changes in various industries, fusion between the financial industry and the surrounding industrial performance is particularly prominent. First, financial industry is other all industry Central, for all industry provides funds, its itself for capital gathered type industry; second, financial industry is information rely on type industry, world of each changes are may will effect to financial decision, so financial activities and news, and message and financial data has very strong of rely on relationship; third, financial industry of data processing volume is large, so large of used advanced of communications technology and computer hardware and software technology. Because of the close relationship between finance industry, media industry and ICT industry, the increasing integration created a new industry-finance information industry.Formation of the financial information industry development in Western developed countries have been completed, the industry has entered a mature stage, and the financial information industry in China has only just started. Financial information industry development and evolution mechanism of industry development factors is the financial information industry development in China during the Government’s financial management and property management departments need to solve important problems. To rigorous academic study of the financial information industry, is not only the urgent demands of the financial information industry in China, industry convergence theory of development requirements. To study the financial information industry development mechanism not only for the financial information industry in China is of great practical value and development of research on theory of industry merge and industry evolution theories also have important theoretical significance.This dissertation starting from the perspective of industrial convergence, deep dive the experience of foreign financial information industry, and explores the disadvantages in the development of financial information enterprises in China, and even the financial information industry in China, and finally provide strategic references.The dissertation in the financial industry and media industry, information industry and the inherent logic in the financial information industry development of relations on the basis of construction based on the industrial convergence of financial F-M-I and F-M-I theory of evolution model of the evolution of the information industry framework, depth of analysis in the financial information industry evolution mechanism of morphological development of industrial structure and industrial organization, noted that its development trend and new trends. Finally, based on the results of theoretical and empirical research, and make recommendations for appropriate policies to support the dissertation, provides guidance for industry layout optimization of government management.Specific chapters as follows:Part Ⅰ, introduction to narrative dissertation research background, pose questions, and establish the scope of the study, meaning, purpose, and structure of ideas, techniques and arrangements for this dissertation, at the same time that new about this study.Part Ⅱ, review industry fusion research at home and abroad, an in-depth study on the financial integration of industry and media industry, information industry research, proposed this theory and concept definition and on the basis of review of existing research.Part Ⅲ, also the core theory of this dissertation, that is, formation and evolution mechanism of the financial information industry. This section is divided into several sections to explain:first of all, the financial information industry convergence mechanism; then the extent of the financial information industry convergence and stage; and formation of several different research financial information business model, concludes with based on the industrial convergence of financial F-M-I and the construction of the framework of information theory proposed evolution model based on F-M-I theory of the three development models. This is the first of this innovation.Part Ⅳ F-M-I of core theoretical framework on the basis of in-depth analysis on industrial structure and industrial organization in the financial information industry, for further analysis on the development and evolution of the financial information industry. The dissertation points out that the financial information industry developing and generality and individuality of the evolution of the development of other industries.Part Ⅴ, presents the financial information industry development maturity assessment system. In this part, shows the second innovation, the financial information industry development maturity assessment method and index system. Then use real data for assessing the maturity of the financial information industry in China, pointed out that the status of the financial information industry at the present stage in our country, as well as gaps and developed countries.Part Ⅵ is submitted to relevant government departments policy guidance system, system of Government based on the financial information of companies governed by policy and resource support. This part is the third innovation of this dissertation.Part Ⅶ is a summary of the dissertation and highlight innovation points of this paper, and also pointed out the limitations of this dissertation and how to perform the studies in future research; eventually to policy proposals against the financial information industry development in our country. |
