In the era of technological progress and rapid development,enterprises are facing dynamic changes of external environment,which directly causes severe competition pressure for enterprises.At present,the enterprise in the process of development should have the ability to control the development of the market and change the ability is very critical.To improve the force of this ability is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:on the one hand can effectively promote the enterprise long-term development,and formed a solid competitive strength;on the other hand to promote the enterprise to effectively optimize the human resources,to guarantee the stable development of enterprises with long period.From then on,we can see that human resource management plays a foundation role in the long-term and stable development of enterprises,and the long-term development of enterprises is also reflected in the role of corporate performance,so that human resources have a certain impact on the performance of enterprises.At present in our country on this aspect,many scholars have carried out research on the relationship between human resource and enterprise performance,but after many studies have not been effectively the conclusion that people on the relationship between enterprise performance and human resources is still in the exploration process.Although the current also has related research confirmed and established a simple relationship between human resource and enterprise performance,but still lack of practical and effective for the practice of human resource exploration and research,because human resources practice is embodied in the work of human resources and application.And in the current research,there is no effective consideration of the impact of different industry characteristics on it.In the research process of this article,for some enterprises of high-level management and key staff related investigations,through the relevant model of the collected 320 questionnaires were analyzed and explained.As for the human resource practice force,the direct correlation between enterprise performance and enterprise performance is explored,and the relationship between HR practice and enterprise performance is also explored.After a series of research,the following conclusions are obtained:the relationship between the existence of a positive effect,human resource practices and business performance,two,human resource practice in the performance of the enterprise also plays a considerable part of the intermediary role,which also fully confirmed the internal mechanism between human resource practices and business performance;three,studies have shown that there are differences between the obvious function of regulating the characteristics of different industries influence human resources and enterprise performance,in the practice of human resources force influence on the enterprise performance,industry maturity and competitive strength played a negative effect,and industry regulation of entry barriers itself is not exist.Through this research,it effectively fills the blank of the human resource management field,and at the same time expands the current exploration and Research on the "black box" of human resources.
