| With the continuous development of modern enterprise management,human resources has become the important advantages source in the market competition.How to improve the efficiency of human resource management and effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the employee to create a sustainable competitiveness for the strategic development of enterprises has become an important subject of human resource management.According to the research on previous literature,found that the mechanism of human resource management influence organizational performance have the rich research achievements,but from the individual perspective of employees to discuss the mechanism of human resource management practices influence on the employee performance results is relatively scarce.Based on the needs of theory and practice,this paper aims to study the mechanism of commitment human resource practice to the performance of employees from the point of view of human resource practice perceived by employees.Based on the literature research,the introduction of engagement as a mediator variable,business strategy as a moderator variable to study the impact of the commitment human resource practice on staff performance.Through the questionnaire survey of 1005 enterprises in China,this paper explores the impact mechanism of commitment human resource practice on staff performance performance from the perspective of business strategy matching,and examines the intermediary role of engagement in the relationship between them.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Commitment human resource practice has a significant positive impact on the employee engagement and job performance;(2)The employee engagement has played an important mediating role in the relationship between the commitment human resources practice and the performance(3)Different business strategies play a different degree of moderator role in the relationship between commitment human resource practice and employee performance.(4)The setting of human resources business partners in the department plays a role of monitoring and supporting in the impact of business strategy on the committed human resource practice and employee performance.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the practice of human resource management,and summarizes the limitations of this paper,so as to provide reference for future research. |
