HT Company Digital Manufacturing Production Management Program Design Research

In recent years,China's Aerospace industry has made a series of significant achievements;the success of manned space engineering,Chinese Lunar Exploration Program and other major projects illustrate the importance of aerospace enterprises in the process of constructing space power in our country.However,due to the inherent institutional problems,changing external environment situation and the progress of science and technology,aerospace enterprises are also facing great opportunities and challenges in the field of internal management and high-tech application.Especially with the promotion of industrial revolution represented by digital manufacturing in the worldwide,as far as aerospace manufacturing enterprises are concerned,how to learn using advanced scientific management concept to improve the level of production management,how to use the digital manufacture technology to break through the bottleneck in the process of production,and accelerating a further integration of industrialization and informationization are the great issues many military enterprises need to solve.According to the main characteristic of aerospace enterprises such as alternate operation of single-piece work,muti-varieties and small batch,and scale production of approved products,combined with years of production management experience,this paper focuses on the problems existing in HT company production management process and management method and its reasons,on the basis of digital manufacturing technology application,production management optimization design is proposed in view of the HT company.This paper first introduces the background of the subject,research significance and the related theory of production management,followed by an analysis on present situation,existing problems and their causes;then,according to MRP,JIT,OPT and traditional production management methods,scale flexible production mode and the guiding concept and basic principle of production management optimization are proposed;lastly,through investigating on the application of digital manufacturing technology such as ERP,DNC,MBDand MES,the HT production management designing scheme based on digital manufacturing is put forward.Take space enterprise---HT Company as an example,this paper discusses production management model optimization based on the popularization and application of digital manufacturing technology,which would be a reference for other military enterprises and discrete manufacturing enterprises of other industries.
