Reserch Of Quality Management Of Production And Manufacturing Projects In X Space Manufacturing Plant

With the rapid development of the aerospace industry,and domestic X aerospace manufacturing plant scale quite a few of the enterprises,the industry increasingly fierce competition,customer demand is becoming more and more complex,also more and more high quality requirements,in X space factory to promote comprehensive quality management is more and more important.The main research of this paper is to realize the existing quality management problem of X space manufacturing plant in depth analysis,and design a quality management system which is in line with the development of the manufacturing plant which needs to solve the problem and is relatively perfect.First of all,this article reviews the papers,periodicals,and the theory of project quality development in each period,the method of project management and quality management system is combed,which lays a deep theoretical foundation for the latter solution.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview,field investigation and deep participation in the quality management of X space manufacturing plant,the present situation of the existing quality management system in X space manufacturing plant is analyzed in detail,the advantages and gaps of existing quality management are clarification,and the gap of the quality management of the production and manufacturing projects in the space manufacturing plant is discussed.Aiming at the main gap,we design a relatively perfect quality management plan.The quality management system designed in this paper mainly consists of two aspects:the establishment of total quality management system and the construction of quality information management system for manufacturing projects.From the organizational level and the overall quality construction of the project level,the total quality management takes various measures and methods to improve the overall quality of the project and continuously improve the management level of the plant.Through the scientific and effective information management means,the effective operation of the quality business process can be realized,the whole life cycle quality management of the product,the quality system management and the comprehensive quality management can be realized,and the quality control is standardized.On this basis,the quality and reliability information of the product is statistically analyzed and analyzed,the experience knowledge is formed,the weak link of design and process control is found,the information of quality cost and product reliability level is obtained,the quality situation is presented in real time,and the data support is provided for the quality improvement decision.Finally,the quality is improved.The level of decision-making management level and business efficiency,reduce management costs,and ultimately improve product quality purposes.Through the organic combination of various methods and means,this paper can effectively improve the quality management ability for the manufacturing plant,reduce the cost of quality management appropriately,and enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,X aerospace manufacturing factory manufacturing project quality management put forward specific improvement plan,to further strengthen the comprehensive quality management of construction work,in the same industry of other manufacturers will also have reference significance.
