The rapid development of big data,Internet of Things,cloud computing and other information technologies has caused a wave of global digital transformation.The traditional production mode of high-speed rail manufacturing enterprises has been far behind the development needs of the industry,and industrial innovation is urgently needed.The key to innovation is to change the old development model and thinking inertia,use information technology to carry out systematic changes,build a new model that is compatible with the digital economy.This paper takes an enterprise in the field of high-speed rail manufacturing as the research object,systematically introduces and analyzes the enterprise background,construction strategy,construction status and existing problems,and proposes that the digital construction of the enterprise should take the production line construction as the specific scene.System analysis is applied to analyze the core elements that affect production line management,analyze the problems and shortcomings of each element,and build a set of digital production line construction solutions with operation management as the center,cycle reduction,cost reduction and data-driven as the core in view of the problems existing in digital construction.The plan requires that the core elements should be the focus of construction,the information system should be used to extract business data in real time,the indicators of the production process should be dynamically displayed,data analysis and problem tracking,so that the operation process can be truly reflected in front of the manager,and the extension work from informatization to digitalization should be carried out according to the management needs,so as to provide basic support for data drive.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is applied to construct the target layer,factor layer and capability layer required by the enterprise digital production line evaluation framework,forming a hierarchical relationship from top to bottom,layer by layer,and calculating the digitalization degree through arithmetic average method and weighted summation,so that it can objectively,scientifically and comprehensively reflect the digitalization ability of each element of the production line.The evaluation system has passed the weight calculation and consistency test,and the evaluation results can basically reflect the actual situation of enterprise digital construction.This evaluation method can help enterprises recognize the current situation,understand their own advantages and disadvantages,and provide an effective basis for the next step of construction.The digital production line construction scheme proposed in this paper plays an important role in helping enterprises improve production efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs,improve product quality,improve flexibility,promote technology collaboration,and promote enterprise digital transformation.The evaluation framework and index system drawn according to construction elements can help enterprises analyze and evaluate the degree of digital construction,which is of great significance for the sustainable development and competitiveness improvement of enterprises.It can be used as a reference for digital construction in the same industry.
