With the consistent development and advancement of science and technology,as well as the increasingly fierce competitions between banking industries,commercial banks are seeking for talents with unprecedented eagerness to fit in the trend and lead the market.Thus,bank tellers,as the primitive representatives of a commercial bank,paly a vital role in risk controlling.Moreover,what affect the efficiency and attitude of a teller most is performance evaluation system(PES).So commercial banks need to attach great importance to performance evaluation system construction,as an approach to cohere the staff and increase competitiveness.Taking the counter clerk PES of Bank of Ningxia as object,this thesis introduces a PES theory,grading method and reference to begin with,followed by current situation of performance evaluation in Bank of Ningxia via survey making,statistics interpretation,problem recognition and analysis.Then,an objective and scientific solution was made on above problem is made,by building a transparent and fair feedback and application platform.Last but not least,an over-all scheme is put forward to promote the implement of the PES as well as to optimize the working environment of banking clerks.This paper aims to play a role of career guide to strengthen the efficiency management,upgrade the operation management as well as exploit employee potentialities,arouse working enthusiasm and improve comprehensive quality.
