Teller is the first-line employee that the bank has the most contacts with customers.Its good service level,professional image and high performance level are not only related to customers' evaluation of the bank,but also closely related to the sustainable development of the bank in the future.At present,many commercial banks have established performance evaluation systems for front-line tellers,and Zhangjiakou Bank is no exception.Performance appraisal is an important part of the organization's human resource management and development.Using appropriate performance appraisal methods and establishing a categorized performance appraisal system for different employees obviously helps to improve the accuracy of performance work and improve the actual results of performance appraisal work.At this stage,research on the performance evaluation of commercial bank employees is mainly concentrated on the state-owned commercial banks,and relatively little research on local commercial banks.Therefore,the research in this paper can not only enrich the relevant theoretical research results,but also provide the performance of Zhangjiakou bank tellers The improvement of assessment practice provides some experience.This article takes Zhangjiakou Bank as a specific case,and uses qualitative analysis,literature research,questionnaires and other research methods.Based on the performance evaluation related theories,this paper includes four aspects: performance evaluation principles,content,standards,and methods.A systematic analysis of the current status of the Zhangjiakou bank teller performance evaluation system,and on the basis of this,summarized some problems in its performance evaluation system,which are mainly reflected in the relatively broad lack of enforceability of performance evaluation principles,incomplete content of performance evaluation,inconsistent standards,and performance.The implementation of the evaluation lacks effective control and scientific guarantee,and the application of performance evaluation results is narrow and the effect is not obvious.It can be seen in the field investigation that the irrationality of the existing teller performance evaluation system has brought a series of negative effects,which has greatly affected thesatisfaction and happiness of the Everbright tellers and needs to be adjusted urgently.In response to this,this article aims at the actual situation of Zhangjiakou Bank's teller performance evaluation system,and builds a new direction for improvement of its performance evaluation system.It mainly includes: one is to clarify specific implementation principles based on the characteristics of teller positions;The third is to establish a scientific and effective performance assessment control and guarantee mechanism;the fourth is to expand the scope of application of assessment results and continuously promote the realization of its role.From a practical point of view,the implementation of the above measures has played a more active and effective role in promoting and promoting the tellers and the performance level of tellers,but it needs to be further improved and enriched in practice.
