As the national economy rapidly developing in the recent years,residents' idle capital increase dramatically,the investable financial assets generate more and more value-added demand.At the same time,The deepening of interest rate liberalization has reduced the profit margin of traditional deposit and loan of commercial Banks,In this way,the rapid development of intermediate business which is represented by wealth management business is promoted.The improvement of residents' overall investment awareness and risk awareness has given the commercial Banks a broad space for personal finance.The factors provide opportunities for the development of personal finance services of commercial Banks.In the recent 20 years,the personal financial business made a great development from nothing,to making breakthrough regarding to the business scope in different stages.However,The personal finance business of domestic commercial Banks still has a certain gap compared with the international excellent commercial Banks in terms of product innovation,service maturity and talent training program.The rapid development of Internet financial wealth management products also makes commercial Banks face increasing competition pressure.Therefore,how to improve the competitiveness of BC commercial bank's personal finance business is the main purpose of thesis research.In this dissertation,the author used various research methodologies which is the true combination of theory and practices.The research methodologies include the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,practical analysis,literature review and contrast analysis.This dissertation follows the thoughts of importing background,concept explanation,the description of analyzing current situations,competitive capacity analysis,proposals,and recommended measurements.The discussion starts with the current situation description of BC commercial bank personal financial business,and analysis of the exposed problems and the reason related.The main problems of BC commercial bank personal financial business development are,the immature of the financial customers,the unfashionable sale service concepts,the lack of high professional talented experts,and the non-innovative products.In the next section,the usage of Five Forces Analysis and SWOT Analysis of the competitive analysis tool,the dissertation provides a wide analysis of the BC commercial bank personal financing business.Following are the recommendations for improving competitive capacity of raising mature investors,speeding up of the product innovation,designing service differentiation,realizing the sales concepts of concentrating on customers,optimizing customer relationship management,tailoring financing managers nurturing programs.In the end,the dissertation comes up with three safeguards measurements,which are human resource safeguards,system safeguards,and technology safeguards.The literature of national commercial bank personal financial business are mainly from the macroscopic perspective,analyzing the policy,industry environment,laws and regulations,and risk determinations facing by commercial bank personal financial business.While there are few literature focusing on specific bank business and the products on sale.This dissertation starts from BC commercial bank's perspective,use the real examples and specific data to conduct the deep research,with the combination of the industrial comparison nationwide and worldwide,to propose the develop plan,which has certain theoretical innovative value.
