Research On Performance Appraisal Of Middle Management Personnel In Luo Chongwei Passenger Transport Station

Middle management personnel as the backbone of the enterprise management,enterprise management decision-making,they both to perform will directly to a line of work in the production management,to improve business performance plays a vital role.Whether the company can successfully attract,motivate and retain excellent talents can be based on competitive market,and performance management plays an important role in it.This paper takes middle management as the research object,and relies on the incentive theory and target management of performance appraisal to find out the deficiencies in the performance appraisal system of middle managers.Combining with the strategic planning,performance appraisal of clearly positioning using literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,and the method of case study method,from the financial dimension,the business dimension,team management dimension,work ability five aspects,such as dimension and learning dimension design of middle management KPI evaluation index respectively.At the same time,the implementation rules of performance appraisal organization and assessment cycle are clarified,feedback and improvement measures of performance assessment are established,and four management interfaces are established to connect with the assessment results.Finally,from the basic management,enterprise culture,communication and incentive pay system,constraints,the regulatory system and performance feedback follow up six aspects,such as the middle manager performance management guarantee measures are put forward,to ensure that the middle management performance evaluation index system of benign operation.
